How long do I have to complete the course?
You have unlimited time to complete the course. Access to your account and materials never expires. Complete the modules at your own pace.
Can I stop and resume later?
Yes! Your progress is automatically saved. You can log out and return at any time. The timer will pause when you leave and resume when you return.
What if I fail a quiz?
No worries! You can retake any quiz as many times as needed. There is no limit on attempts. Questions are randomized for each attempt to ensure fair testing.
When will my hours be reported to DBPR?
Your completion hours are electronically reported to DBPR immediately upon course completion. You will also receive a certificate for your records.
How do I get my certificate?
Your certificate is automatically generated when you complete all 14 modules and pass all quizzes. You can download and print it from your dashboard.

Do I need to complete the modules in order?
Yes, modules must be completed sequentially. Each module unlocks after you complete the previous one. This ensures a structured learning experience.
What happens if I lose internet connection?
Your progress is saved automatically. If you lose connection, simply log back in when your internet is restored. You'll resume right where you left off.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital education content, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues preventing course completion, please contact support@floridace.com.
How do I check if my hours were reported?
You can verify your continuing education hours on the DBPR website using your license number. Hours typically appear within 24-48 hours of completion.
I have multiple licenses - do I need to take the course twice?
No! One course completion satisfies the CE requirement for all your Florida contractor licenses. The hours will be reported for the license number you register with.
